We love bright, beautiful summer salads. The more colorful, the better! Mix up your salad game using CHEVOO Goat Cheese + Olive Oil with fresh inspiration from @eats.and.the.city!

  • CHEVOO Goat Cheese + Olive Oil

  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1 Carrot

  • 1/2 a can of Hearts of Palm

  • 1/2 a can of Beets

  • 1/2 Red Pepper

  • 1/2 Tomato

  • 1/2 Avocado

Chop all veggies and add to bowl.

Smash half of an avocado.

Add CHEVOO’s marinated Goat Cheese + Olive Oil.

Flavor with dressing of your choice.
