You can create an account if you want to register your information. It will be easier for your future orders.
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change an order within 1 hour after having placed it by contacting us via e-mail: info@bellecheeseboard.com.
How can I return a product?
The Belle Cheese Board items are final sale. If a product arrives damaged, our Customer Service will work with you to provide you with the best solution.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Belle Cheese Board accepts payments by credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is the shipping method?
We ship via UPS 2-days
Where does Belle Cheese Board ship?
We only ship within the contiguous United States and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or addresses with P.O. Boxes.
What is the shelf life of received product?
We guarantee a minimum of 30 days shelf-life once you receive the product. Some of our cheeses like our Chevoo range of marinated products will have easily more than 90 days so feel free to stock up
Can I freeze the products?
In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we do not recommend freezing them as it may affect the taste and consistency.
Is the shipping material recyclable?
Yes! The box in cardboard and papers as well as the ice packs can be recycled.
When are the cheeses shipped?
We ship from Monday to Wednesday, to guarantee the optimal freshness of the cheese and avoid longer transit time over weekends.
How long will it take for my cheese to arrive?
We process orders once the payment authorization and verification have been obtained. If you want to receive your cheese the same week, please place your order on Tuesday before 2 PM CST (Noon Pacific Time).
How will my cheese be delivered?
The Belle Cheese Board’s products are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure it stays cool.
Once you receive and open your package place the cheese(s) in the refrigerator as soon as possible.
What are the shipment's fees?
We offer delivery via UPS and offer UPS 2 day or UPS Next day choice for orders under $95. We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $95
